We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so offer a full refund for the price of any products that are returned unused and resalable within 14 days.  The cost of returning an item is to be met by the returnee.

If an item is faulty, please contact us and we will replace your item wherever possible.

Email us as soon as possible to let us know you wish to cancel your order and, as long as we haven't already started to produce it, we will be happy to facilitate your request.

We will email all customers to notify them as soon as their order has been shipped.

This will depend on the item and fabric requested but will usually take up to 2 weeks if not already made.

If an item is found to be defective once it has been returned and a replacement is either not required or available, we will be happy to provide a full refund of the price paid for the item.
